Courtyard By Marriott Omaha Bellevue At Beardmore Event Center

Location is excellent. The beds were comfortable, contributing to a restful night. Staff interaction was inconsistent. The intake manager was rude, while the manager I spoke to upon checkout was friendly but unable to resolve my reservation issues. The lack of breakfast service on the holiday was unexpected, contributing to a feeling of disappointment. The pool area is quite small, which may not suit families with children looking for a larger facility.

Fantastic and gorgeous venue, fantastic location next to Bellevue as well as restaurants. Exceptionally comfortable bed and reasonably spacious and attractive rooms.

The room was comfortable and well-maintained. The manager on the day of my departure demonstrated excellent professionalism, which helped ease my frustrations.

I recommend if you are looking for great service. This is a hip new clean hotel providing large and beautiful rooms. The setting is quiet and exceptionally nice, it's right by a theater, restaurants, and shopping, downtown and the Beardmore event center for a fund raiser. Also, I reached Twin Creek Plaza, located a 10-15 minute walk from the venue. The staff are supper friendly and friendly, giving their best to make the stay a good experience.

It was just a good match for a short stayover in Bellevue with excellent value for money. The room was very clean, which gave me peace of mind .

We loved the sparkling indoor pool and hit the well-equipped 24-hour fitness center. Plus, it's a short drive to Shadow Lake Towne Center and Tregaron Golf Course for some fun. The breakfast was better than average, with fresh omelets and good coffee!

The only downside was our check-in experience. We waited a bit at the front desk, a little frustrating.

The walk-in shower design tends to create a mess, with water splashing everywhere, requiring multiple bathmats to manage the situation. Even with a no smoking policy, the lingering smell in my room suggested attempts to mask a previous tobacco odor, rather off-putting. The hotel didn't provide shuttle service to local events, a bummer compared to other hotels in the area.

The indoor pool was perfect for our group. The only downside was the slow check-in process. Enjoyed my stay!

I was thrilled with the cozy charm of my room with two queen beds. The indoor swimming pool was an absolute highlight. Plus, the nearby dining and shopping options are unbeatable!

Clean, friendly staff, great amenities.

Loved the spacious layout and the walking paths nearby. The A/C worked flawlessly. The microwave and fridge setup was unique and convenient. We enjoyed our time despite minor issues elsewhere.
